As members are purchasing room nights in advance, so Green acres club is providing 16 room nights as bonus nights for every membership. |
| 8) |
Food and Beverages charges are not included in any of the holiday packages, it will be charged extra. |
| 9) |
For every Holiday Package, members are allowed to enjoy 2 consecutive nights twice in a year. |
| 10) |
The difference between enjoyment of holidays should be of minimum 3 months. |
| 11) |
Members should book room nights minimum 30 days in advance. |
| 12) |
The booking of room nights will be confirmed as per availability. |
| 13) |
The request for the cancellation of confirm room nights should be intimated to company in written, minimum 7 days before, in such case of cancellation of confirmed room nights company will charged 25% of room night as cancellation charges, for less than 7 days before the date of check in, company will charge 50% as cancellation charges. |

Members may surrender their unused entitlement of 1 room nights and opt for surrender value on completion of every quarter. |

Applicant has to appoint a single nominee and provide detail of the same in Application Form. |
| 16) |
No changes by the applicant shall be entertained towards the Holiday Package selected by the applicant. |
| 17) |
Company reserves the right to modify/ alter/ amend/ revoke the benefits/ privileges and or the terms and conditions contained herein in whole or in part at its sole discretion or according to the prevailing market conditions/ cost factors. |

Taxes if any, shall be borne by the Applicant as per prevailing laws. |
| 19) |
The terms & conditions herein above are private & confidential and peculiar to the company and the applicant alone copying the same in the form shall amount to the violation of private communication under the law. |

The Applicants are advised to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions contained in this Application Form in order to satisfy themselves before making an application for greenacre . By signing the Application Form, the Applicant conveys his full acceptance to terms and conditions and agrees not to challenge the same. |

Not withstanding any other provision contained elsewhere, the liability of the company in respect of claims by members of ant loss/damages arisung out of or in the connection with this arrangement shall be restricted to the offer price paid by the applicant to the company. |

Arbitration:- All disputes between "member" and company arising out of or in relation to this program shall be first settled by amicable negotiations between the parties.in event of disputes being settled between parties amicable, than the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator appointed by green acres club.The arbitration proceeding shall take base at Mumbai and all the arbitration proceedings shall be English only. |

Independent "member" would not hold company responsible for delay or failure in fuifilling its obligation due to circumstances and reasons beyound its controls such riots, fire ,war , earthquake or any other natural disaster goverments orders etc. |

Member or any marketing person shall not publish/release advertisement for Grean Acres Club & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. Business program or otherwise solicit relate business by advertisement in violation of code of ethics of company or any other similar state or central goverment law and regulation. |
| 25) |
This agreement between independent member and the company is valid from the date of joining. |
| 26) |
Jurisdiction:- All the disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. |
