Green Acres Club & Resorts is engaged in development & Maintenance of recreation club. The Company is going to develop a full fledge recreation club spread over 13 acres of picturesque land at Sawarde ( Near Chiplun ).

This will have unique facility for their members which include open air auditorium luxurious 3 star type cottages with modern amenities, Landscape Gardens, Swimming Pool, Health Club , Meditation Centre, Tennis Court, Restaurant & Bar & A Recreation Centre which houses indoor games like Table Tennis, Billiards, Playing Card Room.
